| Bata Thailand Hosts Advanced Store Manager Course |

Bata Thailand recently hosted Advanced Store Manager Course in Bangkok. A total of 15 participants (3 district manager and 12 store managers) participated in the program under the course leadership of Ms. Pina Satta from Bata Emerging Markets - Training Consultant
The objectives of the course included:
• To create a Standard training course to increase sales staff performance in the BEM Companies.
• To increase the value of knowledge.
• To give you an adequate tools and a good knowledge in:
Customer service
Product knowledge
Team building & motivation
Performances Control
• To understand the Store Manager and Salesperson role and the strategic levers for success.
• To create a feedbacks system to monitor the effectiveness of the training.
The working program of the training included lectures, hands-on experience, exercise, role play and game. All The participants stated that this course was very beneficial as they refresh their knowledge and obtained new information. They commented that they all will use their skills to better serve our customer also share their experience with the colleagues and store staffs.
